THEME OF THE YEAR:
Rom. 12:2
prophetic prayer breakfast
He teacheth my hands to war, so that a bow of steel is broken by mine arms.
-Psalm 18:34 (KJV)
This event comes up every 1st of January of the year.
- Ezekiel 37:1-14 The hand of the Lord was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of the Lord, and set me down in the midst of the valley which was full of bone,(vs1)
And caused me to pass by them round about: and, behold, there were very many in the open valley; and, lo, they were very dry.(vs2)
Again he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the Lord. (vs4)
So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone. (vs7)
So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet, an exceeding great army. (vs10)
And caused me to pass by them round about: and, behold, there were very many in the open valley; and, lo, they were very dry.(vs2)
the prophetic prayer breakfast
Prophecy is lending your voice to the truth of God’s word that is planted in your heart by the Holy Spirit. 2Tim. 1:18
On the first day of the new year (every January 1), the Bishop prays and prophecies on God’s people, telling them the mind of God and the things that will happen in the course of the year as revealed to him by God. Like the Monthly Prayer Breakfast, the Bishop blesses the lives of God’s people and their families, businesses, careers, education, ministry, and their overall well being.
